The Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) will be organizing the Global Halal Summit (GHaS) in conjunction with World Halal Week. The GHaS 2024 program consists of the 14th Halal Certification Bodies Convention (HCBC) and International Halal Technical Capacity Development Program (IHTCDP).
The Global Halal Summit (GHaS) 2026 features two (2) essential programmes:
- The 16th Halal Certification Bodies Convention (HCBC), and
- The International Halal Technical Capacity Development Programme (IHTCDP).
This summit aims to bring together global halal stakeholders, including halal certification bodies, industry players, and policymakers, to strengthen collaboration, innovation, and standards across the halal ecosystem.
